Berg & Ridge Co., Ltd., a developer of premium pet products and anti-cancer treatment supplements, has initiated a comprehensive partnership with UAE-based pet service platform Pet Republic and biotech company Circa Biotech, paving the way for export opportunities.
Pet Republic, the leading pet services platform in the UAE, offers grooming, behavior training, daycare, and dedicated pet taxi services, as well as curated data-driven health products for pets. Berg & Ridge’s premium pet products are currently available in South Korea through retailers such as Hyundai Department Store, Shinsegae Department Store, SI Village, Casamia Good.com, Mooque, and Noblesse Mall. They are also featured in premium pet-friendly accommodations like the Four Seasons Hotel and Lotte Art Villas. Leveraging this experience in the Korean market, Berg & Ridge plans to expand the high-end pet product market in the UAE in collaboration with Pet Republic.

Circa Biotech, a biotech startup recognized as one of the UAE's Top 100 Companies in 2023, specializes in developing alternative food sources based on insect protein and oil. Berg & Ridge will incorporate Circa Biotech’s expertise in insect protein processing for the development of their pet anti-cancer and immune therapy supplement, ImmunoBetaGlucan, with royalties paid on sales.
ImmunoBetaGlucan, Berg & Ridge’s new venture, combines high-dose beta-glucan and essential amino acids derived from insect protein. Clinical trials have shown significant increases in key immune proteins, with Immunoglobulin G (IgG) increasing by 38.9% and Immunoglobulin M (IgM) by 24.9%.
